UI & UX
Small sampling of UI & UX work.

Litmus
The leading email software testing service Litmus was seeking to redesign their marketing messaging and online presence. Working directly with the head of marketing and internal design teams we developed a new brand system and re-engineered their website, including their very popular blog.

Interviewing various members of the Litmus team, from the CEO to heads of sales as well as editorial, we applied those findings to how their blog presented content and how it drove engagement.

Months after these changes, that engagement increased dramatically.

The Scion Group
Scion is a leading property manager of student housing in North America. We were tasked with re-engineering their sprawling corporate website as well as their various sub-brands.
The UX challenge was how do you maintain the integrity of the main brand while incorporating the various properties under that umbrella cohesively.

Simple Truth
Redesigning and rethinking the user experience of the Chicago-based creative agency.

We tackled everything from the site map structure to how the content was engaged through traffic audits and workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.

They say there's nothing tougher than creating for creatives.
They went live with the redesigned site: yoursimpletruth.com

Frigidaire Professional Campaign
In 2015, Frigidaire was seeking to reconnect to their DIY customer base. Working alongside the creative lead and internal content teams we developed a new campaign that would feature their innovative product showcase named “Frigidaire Professional”.

State Farm Neighborhood Assist
In the fall of 2014 State Farm needed to rethink their State Farm Neighborhood Assist (SFNA) program project. The SFNA launched in 2013 as a youth-led philanthropic program to empower communities by identifying issues in their neighborhood. The program is presented as a Facebook app, a CMS platform that enables application submissions, voting, and communications.
My role as a supporting UX designer included updating the mobile experience to include tablet breakpoints, as well as update map functionality, and refine the application and voting process
After a successful run, the program saw the most successful turnout in the program’s history. It saw an 80% increase in total votes from 2013. It also saw that mobile was responsible for 73% of the votes, relative to 50% in 2014.
